In the course of the foundation of the TUM School of Medicine and Health, the KeCK will change into a new organizational form with further thematic focuses. We are working on establishing this "Talent Management and Diversity" area in line with the other schools at TUM and ask for your understanding that the new website will take some time. Until then, you will find the previous subject areas on the website you are familiar with.

 

KeCK is comprised of various components (see the illustration below), which primarily support female doctors and scientists in their career planning and in balancing work/study and family. Further information on the individual components can be found on this website.
