At the Gruppencoaching (group coaching) by TUM Equal Opportunities, interested students from all disciplines regularly meet to jointly develop solutions for study-related issues under professional guidance. This counselling service is free of charge for TUM students.

Doctoral candidates and postdocs

Female scientists and science managers are eligible to individual coaching financed by TUM. If interested please contact Anja Quindeau, Systemic Coach and Team Coach (SHB).

You can clarify concerns related to your professional development or position in up to four sessions with a certified coach from the TUM coaching pool. These include, for example, preparations for exams or job applications, planning further career steps, decision-making issues, work-life balance or compatibility of family and career.

Additionally, supervision is offered, a form of counselling in a group, in which solutions for professional problems of the participants are worked out together under professional guidance.
